If your insurance is not in network with Lactation Consultants of America, Milk & Harmony accepts payment in full at time of service and can provide you with a Superbill you can submit to your insurance requesting reimbursement.
Full payment is due at the time of service. Credit, Debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.

Milk and Harmony proudly works with Lactation Consultants of America. Our benefits team can provide in-network verification upon intake completion, which typically takes less than 24 hours. If lactation is a covered benefit under your healthcare plan, most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, Cigna PPO, Aetna PPO plans, and UHC/UMR PPO plans, as well as some other plans are in-network.
